Quality Assurance & Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

Responsible for submitting/boarding customer applications to processor underwriting teams, follow up with clients and processors to ensure a timely approval process, and provide support for payment processing issues. The role of this individual is critical to facilitating the transition from sales to implementation for a smooth client onboarding experience. This role also ensures that the final documents and process observes the industry regulations and company quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum three (3) years of experience in a customer or merchant support for a payment processing services
Demonstrated skills in an Operational and Customer Centric environment
Technical knowledge of data ingesting and data onboarding
Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

Analytical and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
