Job Summary
Responsible for delivering technical support for payment platform and applications. Provide technical operations support for our payment platform; with focus on minimizing impact to Customers and internal users. Monitor the infrastructure and be a key stakeholder in the company’s Change Management processes. Regularly perform data analysis to determine payment platform performance and identify areas of improvement.
Requirements
	            	Associates Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Information Services, or equivalent work experience	            
           
	            	3+ years’ experience working in a technical or support role	            
           
	            	Telecommunications, data network, or application server environment, plus 1-2 years in a NOC role preferred	            
           
	            	Experience in creating, utilizing, and maintaining technical documentation

	            	Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
