Digital Payments Operations Monitoring Specialist

Job Summary
Responsible for delivering technical support for payment platform and applications. Provide technical operations support for our payment platform; with focus on minimizing impact to Customers and internal users. Monitor the infrastructure and be a key stakeholder in the company’s Change Management processes. Regularly perform data analysis to determine payment platform performance and identify areas of improvement.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Information Services, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years’ experience working in a technical or support role
- Telecommunications, data network, or application server environment, plus 1-2 years in a NOC role preferred
- Experience in creating, utilizing, and maintaining technical documentation
