Job Summary

Responsible for delivering technical support for payment platform and applications. Provide technical operations support for our payment platform; with focus on minimizing impact to Customers and internal users. Monitor the infrastructure and be a key stakeholder in the company’s Change Management processes. Regularly perform data analysis to determine payment platform performance and identify areas of improvement.


  • Associates Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Information Services, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years’ experience working in a technical or support role
  • Telecommunications, data network, or application server environment, plus 1-2 years in a NOC role preferred
  • Experience in creating, utilizing, and maintaining technical documentation

  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
  • A purposeful individual who thrives working in a challenging environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
