Job Summary

Responsible for submitting/boarding customer applications to processor underwriting teams, follow up with clients and processors to ensure a timely approval process, and provide support for payment processing issues. The role of this individual is critical to facilitating the transition from sales to implementation for a smooth client onboarding experience. This role also ensures that the final documents and process observes the industry regulations and company quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a customer or merchant support for a payment processing services
  • Demonstrated skills in an Operational and Customer Centric environment
  • Technical knowledge of data ingesting and data onboarding
  • Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
