Junior CRM & Business Intelligence Support

Job Summary
Responsible for the implementation, and support of the CRM. The incumbent will also be responsible for supporting the discovery, development and publication of various data sets, reports, and dashboards to provide business insights to help meet the various department’s needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum three (3) to (5) years of experience supporting report development initiatives
- Technical expertise in SQL server database environment is strongly preferred
- Experience in using various BI tools such as PowerBI, SSRS is preferable
- Preferred to have experience with Raw data formats such as Excel, CSV, JSON, and XML, Microsoft Excel and Access, HTML & CSS

- Fully Bilingual (Spanish – English)
